How It Works
Is it safe to leave my Celcy plugged in when I am not using it?
Yes, it is completely safe to leave your Celcy plugged in when not in use. Celcy acts similarly to a refrigerator because it contains not only a smart oven but also a freezer to store your meals. You need to leave it plugged in to ensure your meals stay fresh.
Will this increase my energy bill?
You should not expect to see any significant increase in your yearly energy bill. However, like any appliance it does require some incremental amount of energy usage.
When do Celcy meals arrive each week?
Celcy meals will be delivered based on your desired meal plan.
How long does it take for my meals to arrive after ordering?
Meals are shipped using two-day ground service. There may be some minimal processing time before your order is shipped, but this should be limited to about one business day.
Can Celcy replace my oven or freezer?
We would love for Celcy to be the only kitchen appliance you use, but we wouldn’t recommend you get rid of your other appliances quite yet. If you are looking to cook for more than one or two people, you are likely going to need your oven. And of course, you need your freezer to store Max’s favorite, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, that Celcy can’t make.
How long does Celcy take to cook a meal?
Because our meals are designed and curated by personal chefs, each meal’s cook time will vary based on the chef’s recommendation. On average though, it likely will take about 20 minutes to cook a meal, and all you have to do is schedule the cooking.
Can Celcy cook multiple meals at the same time?
Not at this time. We know you want a larger version so Max and our team of engineers are hard at work on our plans for a multi-meal version.
Can I connect Celcy to my smart home?
Absolutely. Celcy smart oven and freezer connects with Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant and will work with Google Nest, Homepods, and Amazon Echo.
How big is the Celcy? Will it fit on my counter?
The unit is designed to fit on your counter, underneath the hanging cabinets. The specs are 19-by-16-by-14-inches.

Besides Celcy meals, what else can I cook in Celcy?
At this time Celcy is limited to Celcy meals. We are working diligently to add more meals to our menu as well as other brands you already know and love.
What are the portion sizes for Celcy meals?
Celcy are single serve meals and are portioned to fill all your hunger, caloric, and nutritional requirements for a meal.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes, we do have vegetarian options. We are looking forward to adding more vegan and different dietary meals to Celcy’s menu soon.
Pre-Ordering
I pre-ordered, how long will it take until my Celcy shows up?
Pre-orders are launching approximately 12 to 15 months prior to your delivery. We are still ramping up production and working diligently to get them to you soon. Please bear with us as we revolutionize the kitchen and create the future.
